A Gentle In Person Workshop

You don’t need another routine, rule, or idea of what self-care is supposed to look like.
This workshop is a small, intentional space to slow down, check in, and come back to yourself.

Together, we’ll create a simple self-care menu: a personal, flexible list you can return to when life feels busy or overwhelming. We’ll create this based on what your body and nervous system actually need, not what you “should” be doing.

No fixing. No forcing. Just space, guidance, and permission to listen inward again.

Who this is for:

This is for you if you:

• Feel mentally busy, overwhelmed or stretched thin

• Have a tendency to take care of everyone else before yourself

• Know you “should” slow down, but don’t know how

• Feel disconnected from your body or intuition

• Desire clarity, calm and space…without being pushed or told what to do

You don’t need experience with meditation, embodiment or anything “woo”. Just a willingness to show up as you are.

What happens in the room

This is a gentle, guided experience, not a lecture or group therapy.

Together we’ll:

• Slow down and create a sense of safety in the body

• Explore simple practices to help you tune inward

• Notice what your body is saying (without over-analyzing it)

• Create space for clarity to emerge natrually

• Leave with tools you can actually use outside of the room without feeling like another thing on your to do list.

There’s no pressure to share or get it “right.”

You’re always invited to participate in the way that feels best for you.
